@SHAWNDUDEROCK You just have to refer to section 107 of the copyright act of 1976. It is the "fair use" act. It, basically, states that if you aren't claiming ownership of the media and are putting it up for comment/review/etc it is legally allowed. They do take my videos down, but I dispute it, and they unblock them. They actually are breaking the law they claim to be defending when they take videos down.
