Look, just do this yourself: go to google images. Type in Seth rogen, look at the photos. Type in Joel McCrary, look at the photos. This Santa has Joel's eyes, head shape, not seth's. Then google Joel's voice. IT"S JOEL.

I don't think it Jay (his nose is thiner and and his eyes are blue) Mikey has a bigger nose that matches, and Mikey eyes are darker. Besides that the whole attitude matches mikey. just my thought, might be wrong¿
