so i've been doing this 8 minute workout along with eating healthy for the past few weeks and ive been losing weight.

im not one to weigh myself, i just go off of my clothing and how my body looks. my face is smaller, my dresses are too big, my jeans are much looser. its good stuff.

i also drink lots of water, eat healhty. and do other exercises around the house like running up and down the stairs.

i basically:

use this video throughout the day between 1-8 times a day as well as running up and down the stairs before meals. going up and down the stairs once burns 10 calories... so i'll usually do 5 or 10 sets= 50 or 100 calories.

i drink bolthouse farm drinks and eat vitalicious vitatop muffins (they're full of fiber) as well as eating lots of fruit and fish (tuna is my best friend) and turkey. i also make my own smoothies. if i go out and eat its either quiznos or smoothie king.
