Cringing when the audience clap when Gervais mentioned charity like he's fishing for applause and they don't notice him say "so I prefer this one, cause I kept all the money" lmao.
Anyway, Gervais is a legend, a comedy hero.
But, as a fan, I was MAJORLY let down by 'Life's Too Short'. I hope the second series, or 'Afterlife' or his new stand-up make up for it.

"what's it like being a third world country"
I don't know, being that America has a higher standard of living, AND a higher per capita personal income than britain...

Letterman's uninspired here. Bad interview - even though Ricky's awesome.

@pagpag05 great comment ricky is a joy of life....
Ricky Gervais is a smart, talented, funny man. He is fearless. The more I see him, the more I like him. His performance at this year's Golden Globes was great. He slammed anyone and everyone mercilessly, bringing some folks' feet firmly back to Earth where they belong. Good stuff. Keep up the good work Ricky. You have lots of Cuban-Americans in South Florida that love you.
