i got to see billy joe and eddy the oct before eddy was gone, a small bar on the ala, fla line. i had a bad dope problem and i guess eddy the same. it was so sad the day i read that eddy was gone, i got in rehab. i hope eddy is at peace, he was one hell of a player. may god rest your soul eddy shaver. rocco

It's cool to see Eddy here and see the progression to the Unshaven record...MONSTER tone... his hybrid lead/rhythm playing is unmatched. If Nashville was in Texas, it would sound like Eddy. The most seamless musical blend of country, blues, and rock playing I've ever heard. Awesome.
