I've liked their sound for a while now. They're the only J-Pop band that sounds like they have distinct American influences (I'm sure there are others, but I don't listen to too much J-pop).

God I used to listen to this song so much in middle school haha I still have the Lostman on CD. I love the new stuff the pillows put out, but their classics are too hard to beat. The Pillows are the best J-band there is in my opinion.
