This is so easy to make and will provide you with unlimited fresh and nutritious greens and sprouts for very little cost. You can make sprouts wherever you are - on a boat, in a van, hiking a trail, camping... all you need is water... and the sprouting seeds of course.

alfalfa sprouts have almost no nutritional value. broccoli sprouts, on the other hand, are nutritious as hell

To everyone who loves my 'home', (or think I havea weird sink), this is actually all inside my small campervan... Just goes to show you can sprout anywhere and it is especially good when you dont have a garden :)
