Actually, people in Florida always do #3 xD Idk we get like 3 hurricanes a year they seriously aren't that big of a fucking deal.

I actually did use my phones dying battery to watch this storm during the storm <3 It made me happy that you knew what I would be doing.

Irene was a lot like the east-coast earthquake that just happened, in that people who were used to such things acted like they were no big deal, and they wondered why people were freaking out.
The reason hurricaines are not terribly big news here in Florida, and earthquakes are not terribly big news in California, is because they happen ALL the time.
I just thought a lot of people were being inconsiderate by acting like northern states made too big of a deal out of Irene.
