what about the part when the actor pretends to be a homeless guy, and 40 minutes pass, and only another homeless woman helped. did that part get deleted?

This type of human condition is not natural, it's programed in to us. The Bystander Effect is just 1 side of the coin. The Attack Effect is another & they work together in community. Governments & controlling elite use the 2 together & so do bullies, it is something they have in common & people go along with it will little or no consciousness.
