@droga187 never heard of two fuel filters in hondas they must be calling the fuel pump screen as a filter. it's not a filter and doesn't get changed unless your fuel pump goes bad. should have an access panel to remove pump.

@Dasher700 id start with testing the sender unit the float could be jamed up and it is common to happen on some gm cars

Your Piston rings are shot my friend. Maybe on only one cylinder. Id get it fixed, gas is not a good sign in the engine oil
