Oh wow. You were really landing hard on some of those workouts. Remember to land softly. Make sure you're getting in those extra vitamins like vitamin C to synthesize those damaged collagen fibers, calcium for help maintaining bone health w/ vitamin D to aid in calcium absorption, and lastly vitamin E/omega 3 (plenty in fish) and vitamin B that helps reduce joint inflammation and causes cells to produce more anti-inflammatory substances. I'm an exercise science major.

@steverunsxc Thanks Steve for the tips. I don't know that I land that hard or if it is that mat (I don't use this one anymore, I use about 1/2" thick foam now), the one in the video is harder plastic on the surface to last longer, so it's louder even when you're jogging in place. Anyway, I'm definitly adding Omega-3 to my diet as well as potassium calcium and magnesium..
