XIM2 Gameplay Capture-test, 12 Kill Streak

Just testing out capturing my XIM 2 adapter & some MW2 gameplay together for later use. Nothing special, just a quick 12 kill streak.
Couldn't believe how laggy this 52" tv is to play on!!!

Quick notes, XIM2 is not laggy at all. The games respond inside of 25ms, which is equal to that of any known PC game.
Any lag and/or sync issues shown in the movie are SOLELY because the game is captured @ 29.999fts, deinterlaced to 60fps and merged with a 19-25fps screen capture of the XIM software.

Just wondering, but with a xim2 if you have mouse acceleration turned off in windows, will it be off ingame? I'm kind of getting sick of shitty ports to PC with crap mouse controls and so I'm wondering if this will be a way around bad ports.

the XIM's read the mouse output straight from directX mouseinput driver. because of that windows acceleration, mouse driver acceleration do have the same effects.

you can remove windows acceleration by using a registry tweak & ENABLING enhanced pointer precision.

from there the XIM allows you to set your own exponential translation value to combat the acceleration inherent in all joystick / console games.

@Toysrme Great, I already have mouse accel turned completely off in windows. Just need to find £300 for a 360, live, a couple of games and a xim2.

Nice upload toys. This is a fairly accurate example of what a "better" game looks like with the XIM. I usually sat around 5:1, but every couple of rounds it shot up to 10-18:1.
