1989 BMW 735iL
All long wheel-based E32 7 series come standard with power rear seats and power headrests on US spec models. The seats recline a maximum of 7 inches, which doesn't seem like much but while sitting in the seat, it is a noticeable distance. The rear headrests also raise to their full height when the seat belt is engaged and lowers when the seat belt is detached.
I don't think they were "standard" as your description mentions...because my BMW 1993 e32 740iL does not have power seats on the rear.

@ImprezaImpresser It is exclusive to iL models I think. I don´t know if there´s room enough in a normal E32, but in my E34 it wouldn´t be posible to move the seats because there´s no that much room in the back.
However the electric rear headrests were available in all E32 and E34.
Calypsorot is a great color, very elegant! =)

@E34Benzin btw is this feature exclusive to iL models or was it just removed from the standard 7 series i models because my e32 740i didnt have too much that was special about it besides having a sport package and calypso red

@Goldenrod636 The 530i, as every E34, had rear power headrest as an option. The rear seats can´t be moved forwards, because there´s no room enough.

@ImprezaImpresser It isn´t a higline, but it is great anyway. The highline has only two rear seats divided by a center console and a rear panel for controling then independent rear air ventilation, and also a centre refrigerator. =)
