o wow bro :] u lost a lott of wait. I was a little fat when was younger too, but i lost almost all of it when i went into highschool. By the time i was a softmore, i had the BMI of only 8% and i had gotten the 6pack that i had wanted since i was 9 years old. I am proud of you dude, keep positive, and stay awesome!!!

@JumokeTV Thanks so much man. Yeah, I feel ANYONE is capable of doing what I did in this video. For me, getting started was the hardest part but once I started, my weight was gone quicker than I imagined. I noticed it was gone mostly because of the old photos and stuff people told me. :)
