  • So I would do better having a cold house verses a warm house because when it's colder your metabolic rate is faster?

  • Your metabolism slows down by about 5% when you go to sleep, and your digestion slows down significantly so you probably shouldnt eat at midnight, unless you go to bed at 3am.

  • Isn't the problem with eating late at night that it means the body has to work at digesting the food rather than resting when you are asleep?

  • u burn more calories when ur awake...

    there for eating before bed makes u keep more of the fat...
