So I would do better having a cold house verses a warm house because when it's colder your metabolic rate is faster?

Your metabolism slows down by about 5% when you go to sleep, and your digestion slows down significantly so you probably shouldnt eat at midnight, unless you go to bed at 3am.

Isn't the problem with eating late at night that it means the body has to work at digesting the food rather than resting when you are asleep?

u burn more calories when ur awake...
there for eating before bed makes u keep more of the fat...
