This is one of Timi's original hokkien songs released in her self-album 少女的情怀 (Feelings of a young girl) in 1994 when Timi was 13 and going on 14 years old in Taiwan. This album was later renamed as the first album out of two in the series 恋梦 (Love Dream) published in 1997.

龍千玉, a prominent Taiwanese singer, wrote the lyrics to this song for Timi.

Wow! how did you find this out? I guess you did a lot of homework on this, wasn't? Timi seldom sings hokkien songs nowadays. I was very excited when I heard Timi sang "車詀" in the concert. That was the first time I had ever heard Timi sang hokkien songs again. I'm dying for her voice in the concert, so real and so touchy.
