@NonaSuomi I've played both and they're both easy and hard. Pokemon were easier to catch in Ranger 1, yes even that Salamence because they didn't use that many attacks, and the poke assists were better (like the fighting poke-assist) . In Ranger 2, they used more attacks per pokemon but at least you can lift the stylus. Both were fun games though

You think Ranger 1 was easy?!? I can't remember how many times I had to reset before I could catch all three beasts from Gordor. Are you sure you aren't talking about Shadows of Almia? That game really was embarrassingly easy. You breeze right past the final boss (spoiler: it's Darkrai) and think "wait, was that it?" But the first Ranger was anything but easy, particularly because you couldn't lift the stylus even once without completely resetting the loop count...
