Lizzie Speed Retrieve

This is the first time Lizzie and I have participated in the Dock Dogs Speed Retrieve. The dogs must have it's front feet on the white mark and it's back feet behind the white mark. The handler also cannot be on or forward of the white mark. At your signal the timer starts the electronic timer and when the light is green, you release the dog. That's why it was so long from when I showed her the "duck" ( it is fake of course ) until she made her jump.

The dog is timed from when the light turns green until it gets the "Duck" at the opposite end of the pool.
Lizzie's best time was 8.57 seconds, good enough for 2nd in that division.
