I think her point is... there are those around us also who are hurting and in need...We need to do all we can to help others- she went to Africa, we as Christians can help the poor and homeless in our own areas and in the inner cities. People are going hungry and are in need. We need to ask ourselves... what can we do here as well.

A great video and a great singer. Reminds me of our trip to Tanzania where we saw similar things. The joy people have who in our eyes have nothing.... do we have their joy because we have much?

When you have see the poor be happy, that is a blessing. rich people fall into temptation, they are too proud to share their riches with people who have nothing.
