Icy window good morning with plenty of yawns. Snowy mountains outside silverthorne colorado. Time lapse through the johnson tunnel. I don't really care that the aspen are dying. Norah practices running on wet surfaces in golden colorado, and finds some new owners. Park at the golden hotel for the evening. I get drunk and talk about drinking towns. Buffalo statue in downtown golden and more drinking.

Coming from the west coast you should know how important the trees are to the people who live with them. The pine beetle is eating entire forests. Worse the beetle is not indigenous. There aren`t any natural predators. Clear cutting has been tried and failed. It is only natures course when it happens without us intervening. These little bugs came from china and are not meant to be here. This isnt natures course. They have no natural predator. I am watching entire forests die & It hurts
