I use to have my extentions put in with the beads and tracks, but I started making ponytails like that and sew in the tracks like they were done with the beads. I like not having any metal in my hair for going through security areas like in the airport or sporting events.

I love your videos. I would love for you to do a video on how to condition your hair. I use to replace the hair every month. I use italian hair because that is what my natural hair is and it is so dry. Thanks

i never thought of brading or tieing rubber band i normally just teas my hair this is way better becuse teasing my hair breaks it. im going to try it.
