  • whatAsickNAME if done right, the most muscle someone can gain in one is only about 5 lbs

  • i did velocity training for soccer , and i lost like 5lbs of fat, but gained about 15 lbs of muscle within 3 months. it's a fantastic gym with great trainers.

  • would like some advice, even though I know a bit about this. Been training weights for 4 years, and Judo for 7, tae kwon do for 3-4 years, as well as some BJJ and some Ninjutsu and Muy-thai and a little bit of kung fu.
