trips me out to see allan holdsworth's name in the credits. i watched and listened closely to this movie but could not discern allan here, was he using a synthaxe?

@jamesedwardtheobald - Apparently Allan's work never appeared on the soundtrack. The most popular reason appears to be "due to technical difficulties". Whatever the case may be, it's been assumed that it was too late to alter the name on the soundtrack before the release and credit the real guitarist (possibly Trevor Rabin). However, I always print the full credits as they appear within the official soundtrack sleeve, hence the inclusion of Allan Holdsworth's name. Hope that helps james...

@Vebansen ah, thanks for the info! i have watched that movie twice and listened very carefully to the score and detected no hint of 'the allan'. i bought a copy of 'flat tire:music for a nonexistent movie' from allan himself and chatted about his favorite tracks, shoulda asked him about the 'speed' thing!

@jamesedwardtheobald - Ah man, that would have been awesome if you could have asked him about Speed. To get an official statement about what happened would have been great. Nevermind though.
