Keeping the top hand as the fulcrum on the sweep while preventing the rod tip from dropping behind.

Fulcrum definition 1. the point or support upon which a lever pivots. The point around which a lever rotates. A prop, support, or fixed point on which a lever moves, i.e. about which rotation can take place. Fulcrum Definition 2. It is the point beyond which a cantilever extends into space, its other end anchored on the opposite side of the fulcrum.

  • Excellent explanation Fulcrumpoint, could you demonstrate the incline excercise sometime as I have heard that it is very useful for learning the the advanced techniques I have only read about it but I know some of the carron team use it .
