Donald Trump sees in Albemarle House a kind of Virginia Mar-a-Lago, with a golf club and guest rooms, built around the vineyard. Before the February foreclosure, he paid $500,000 for about 200 acres around the house, including most of the front yard, driveway, and much of the back yard. He also got first refusal on the mansion, meaning the right to match any other offer. His bid currently stands at $3.6 million, considerably less than the over $15 million paid by Bank of America at the auction.

@bscottb8 Bank of America? In legal documents I along with another are trustors of Bank of America (1994). I was told that the real estate division of Bank of America was called Equitable. It looks like Equitable Deed Co. has the fraudulent estate of me DEAD in 1997. The foreclosure crisis is being manipulated still by this fraud. It was bought by Bank of America, Kluge’s creditor for the property, after she defaulted on $23 million in loans. The bank took ownership for $15.26 million, almost 85% off the original asking price.
