So if it was a controlled demolition the building would collapse from the bottom. The collapse started from the point of impact so it wasn't a controlled demolition. Also do you know how long it take's to set up a building to be demolished. A 30 story building takes months so how would you be able to rig a 100 story building without anyone noticing.
