TSTC has a 2 megaWatt wind turbine from DeWind that is located near its campus in Sweetwater, TX. The turbine is used for training and power generation. This shows its construction. That crane is nearly 300 (!) feet tall!

lol yes indeed. i wish one day i could work for the wind farm over there...everytime i drive through sweetwater and colorado city it makes me want to seek education about it...
