This is a very informative video. Thank you!

I tell people at work that I'm on a quest to find a $9-$14 bottle of wine that tastes like it cost $300. They laugh at me, yet I still haven't given up.
I honestly don't get why all these wines I've been buying taste like piss. I mean like what's the big deal about taking a quality grape seed and nurturing it ... and selling it at a sensible price?

This was very educational thx! I just came back from a restaurant and i held the wine glass at the top of the stem, even though it was white wine lol. Know I'm determined to learn the proper wine etiquette!

Technically to the broadest point of the glass, how ever if you are talking about a Champagne glass as opposed to a flute this may be as low as half way.
A Champagne glass is often used for vintage Champagne. A flute (the glasses displayed in this video) should be filled again to the broadest point which is about 3/4 of the way up the glass. V formed champagne flutes are a bit awkward because the lip is the broadest point. I pour two fingers from the top in this situation.

Very well done. I'd only add that if the red wine is not good, the bigger the glass - the worse it will be lol. Wine Quality is the key and the right sized glass amplifies the quality - good or bad.
Thanks for that clarification!
