Man nice job. That thing flys man. Question is that 800cc motor 1 gear? I can't believe how fast that is man that is fast thank god it has a roll cage and seat belt staps that keep you in place. Amen on a good job.

@lee1969uk ok, i plan on doing something like this with a utility quad engine and axle off of my buddies 1986 honda 250r fourtrax 4 stroke, and did you re-jet the carbs on your pilot?

@touretteskid29 It is water cooled the same engine as a skidoo 800 04 so no problems as long as the radiator is big enough.

@lee1969uk That thing is insane, how do you keep the engine cooled?? i want to do something similar and my dad has owned and run plenty of sleds in his time, and says it isnt possible to keep the engine cooled, even though i kno that it is possible, how do you do it??

No it is the same engine as used in the ski doo 800 snowmobile, 800cc two stroke twin.
