Do these stretched BEFORE you train to open and loosen up the hips..watch your Muay Thai Kicks become increasingly stronger, faster and more effective.

I used these stretched to help me win my first Pro Muay Thai fight. If I did not use these stretches, there is NO way I would have been able to kick at all (I have tight hips)

  • ....also if yall have a video or exercise demo for the "psoas,sciatic and piriformis " muscle groups, this group gets lots of problems for lots of people, including me, and a nice video or mini workout session video just for this area and how to stretch it well, that would be very very helpful and am sure you will gets lots & lots of views and great feedback, please let me know if you get around 2 it would be very helfpul thanks man

  • FunkMan & Baldy Steve thanks alot for this video....these are amazing stretches just the 1st 1 Bulgarian Split Squat wow amazing, hard to do but ya feeel it even before the stretch, 2nd one is amazing also i mixed that 1 with a yoga pose called pigeon pose, its super effective felt right away also...they'll take time to practise n perfect b/c of the intensity n flexibility needed, great videos thanks alot guys def appreciated n keep up da good work!!!
