First off, I lead a Shane Walsh appreciation life, and if you don't like that, don't bother commenting.

He's easily the most interesting, layered, complicated character on the whole show, and Jon does a phenomenal job carrying all of that weight on his shoulders. He makes Shane real to me.

This video is a tribute to him. Darker than I'd like, but Shane's taken a dark turn. It's covering his relationship with the Grimes family (and, yes, there's an underlying shippy bit towards Shane/Rick, which is my TWD OTP).

This was so beautiful! If I didn't already agree with you on the Rick/Shaken OTP-thing, this video would have convinced me. They have such a powerful thing going on between them. My husband is definetly no slash-fan and even he said that the show would be better if Rick and Shane "got back together" (Yes, he actually said that) and Lori got zombiefied. I think that says a lot about the chemistry between the two actors, don't you?

I'm sure Rick will not die, his the hero afterall but I don't want Shane to die, the relationship of them is so beautiful and makes up so much in this show. It would break my heart if Shane dies...but the new preview of episode Nebraska, made me very anxious

Great vid! I like Shane too. Let's say weeks, a month, whatever went by until Rick woke up.. Lori got with his best friend pretty quick and many blame Shane. Best pairing is S/R def haha.

You are my hero!!! This video is absolutely amazing. You really showed the complexity of Shane. .....and I agree 100% about him he is my favorite character on the show because he's so flawed and burdened. LOVE him
