Proof Obama's Certification is a Fake

Janice Okubo has admitted that the serial number is assigned on the same day that the document is filed by the registrar on Oahu. If that is true, then Obama's Certification of Live Birth is a fake, because it bears a higher number, than two genuine documents, that were filed three days after his.

In June, 2008, after viewing the Certification of Live Birth, provided on Obama's Fight the Smears website, Janice Okubo, of the Hawaii Health Department stated, "I don't know that it's possible for us to even say beyond a doubt what the image on the site represents."

There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obamas official birth certificate. State law (Hawaii Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record.

Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawaii, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.

No state official, including Governor Linda Lingle, has ever instructed that this vital record be handled in a manner different from any other vital record in the possession of the State of Hawaii.

I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago. July 27, 2009. She broke the law making this statement. If this is true, why won't Obama release the document?

Of course it's a fake. Here's something I bet you did not notice: In this second fake birth certificate, it lists his father's race as 'African', and in the 60's, they did not EVER use that term in the race field ---the father's race would have been: Negro!

For the blind followers of this lying administration, please explain to me just why I should believe Obama’s so called long form birth certificate when it states that in 1961 he was born in a hospital that was not in existence until 1978! You cannot get past this one single item of miss information that proves beyond any doubt that Obama’s long form birth certificate from Hawaii is a forgery. “The Truth Shall Set You Free”!

@OldKeyr, That is a false rumor. The Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children is the name used since 1978, when the hospital was relocated in a new building. In 1961 the hospital was located on a different street and was called the Kapi'olani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital. However, it is true that Obama falsely claimed in a letter, that he was born at the Kapi'olani Medical Center. That was a blatant lie, and he knew it, he lived only a few blocks away when it was built.
