As a result of this column you and your organization will:
•Pay people on volume and customer satisfaction, not on a percentage of gross profit.
•Under promise and over-perform, always placing your customer needs ahead of your need for front-end profit.
•Give everyone the same fair deal so you don't overcharge some to make up for the profits lost on others.
