Do you relax? If so your hair will start falling out. Look at the ingredients on the conditioner, Sodium Hydroxide. If you don't relax, you would be better off relaxing because with repeated use of this, its like overlapping a relaxer everytime you shampoo and condition.

that is soo weird the relaxed and natural line does not work for my hair. It seems like their caucasian line works better for my hair to, and the herbal essence line. Also I don't know if u knew, but listed in the ingredients in the conditioner for the frizz to smooth is sodium hydroxide which is lye. i dunno if that matters 2 u or not, but i saw a natural sista do a review and she looked up the ingredients. so it smoothes so well bcuz it uses lye in the conditioner.

it is recommended to both thick and frizzy hair, or will you get the same result if you just have thick hair?

Just bought the Pantene medium thick hair solutions and oh my God!! I used it on my daughter who has thick and very coarse hair. Her hair usually knot up after washing, her hair was so soft and easy to comb. I also used it in my hair all I can say is, no more perms for me. Try it and you will like this product. Peace!!!!!!!!! I wont use it all the time, maybe every two weeks.
