Master Cleanse :|: Recipe

So I wanted to put this video together for yall...

This is how I make my Master cleanse drink

Here is the recipe

1) 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

2) 2 tablespoons of organic maple syrup grade B (or A)

3) 1/10 tablespoon of cayenne pepper powder

4) 10 oz glasses of distilled water (This is around 295ml of water)

the pepper was around $6 and the syrup was $5 but the prices will vary depending on the stores
