Thank you Mr. Pai! I'm also an elementary school teacher and mentor/coach for teachers and parents. Using innovative teaching ideas with the students truly motivates them to learn. I see it in my classrooms whenever I use FUN out of the box approaches to teaching. Children who are labeled below average become average or above average students. As educators, the key to engaging the children is to teach in a fun and exciting way! Keep up the fantastic job!
