even though that the mic is not that good, your maestro must be aware of it.. and even it was just recorded on the tv.. compare to the DLSU-chorale version of your song.. compare tyhe difference.. well anyways, congrats..

Hm... Yes, I agree it sort of sounds like she overpowers all the other voices. But you have to know that this was recorded from the TV. The Studio's microphones weren't the best. they were placed in front, and because the soprano was in front, it made her seem louder than the rest. In the actual studio though, it didn't sound THAT over empowering. :)

:) Don't get me wrong though, criticisms are welcome, although I would have to say that they are quite pointless at this point because most of the members of this particular batch already graduated. :)

:) the previous batch was better in my opinion. but anyway, :) That's okay. ^_^ We all know previous Himig Scientia batches did well enough to raise their flags veeery high. :D You have to understand though that the microphones weren't very good. Honestly. I myself, whenever I listen and watch this, wonder how we won. @_@
In the 3 years I spent in himig, I still love it. ^___^

'kay... You do understand that this was 3 years ago and most of whom were in this batch already graduated, therefore there isn't much point in criticizing it... right?
Go ask the judges what they were thinking for choosing us if it bothers you that much that we weren't that good but still won. :)

it should be thin because the fact that it conquers all the voices it doesn't sound great.

Although to be honest, I still don't know WHY we won. @_@ I'm not particularly proud of it, although there were a lot of potential, I think we could've done better. Ah well. :) We won anyway. xD
