Perform 30 seconds of each exercise on both your left and ride sides. No rest between movements.

snatch
jerk
single leg deadlift
reverse lunge
military press
windmills
overhead squat
two hand swing

  • Hellish? Yes, I was smoked after going through this routine the first time. But I loved it, and have performed it many times since. A great alternative to a "standard" KB session. And an excellent gauge of just how good / rubbish my conditioning is. Thank you, Pat Flynn!

  • Wow, I don't have access to kettlebells to I tried to replicate this with a dumbbell. I got halfway through before realising that 11.5kg is too much for me. Very humbling... Will have to try this with a lighter weight.
