it's so sad that I think I have SAD, but thank you 4 the advice I think I should move my butt & get a little exercise . that might help .. otherwise I really think that I need to see a therapist

omg!! thank you so much i have Social Anxiety Disorder really bad but i always put off going to the doctor because i dont wanna talk about it. but i feel thats the only way i can get the meds and help that i need.

this was a great video yes..i keep forgeting about exercise..i do notice the compete change in anxiety when i used to exercise..now im gonna start back..glad i seen this

Good video, I also feel I have this problem. But I fear its severe, also I have a fear of jewlary lol. and have ocd, and type 1 diabetes, and they wanted me to take drugs for add, and I can shift from crying to being laughing all in a minute or so, its quite funny, but out of all these problems I found on this that helps me calm down, photography!

Some very good advise. I'll try exercising 6 hours a week on my training machine and e-bicycle. And also reduce sugar.
So are you saying that sugar increase SAD ?
