I am guessing you prefer seinfeld's and friends's cheap sex jokes to these cheap fart jokes. atleast this is not mocking something that should actualy mean something important. actually he is more making fun of the fact that often you can't help but laugh than he is the actual act of farting.

He is dressed as a woman telling his son,"theo, hush up and come and have your breakfast, and i hope you washed your hands, and turn that bloody reggie off ".
