Tempest 3000 first few levels

After all the Space Giraffe chitchat recently, I dug this out for another session & captured a bit of video properly this time. Please advise of poor skillz via the traditional mechanism... (and no, I confess I didn't know about Hover when I recorded this... the shame)

Uhh, what the heck happened in the Bonus level?

@HoneycombAgent um, it's kind of chilled. You have to navigate through all the accelerating hoops but it's very intertial controls and it's all slightly ... unusual.

What a shit load of watered down piss compared to the JAG soundtrack. Little beats.. trying to compete with the kiss ass Techno-Rave Tracks from T2000!

Maybe. I noticed you commented on one of the T2000 vids that the Jag was your favourite console because nothing since had the same arcade vibe. Get an xbox & have a look on xbox live arcade. You may find things aren't so bad these days.

This si a classical shooter

GTA Is a third person shooter/simulation

Fallout three is an RPG/FPS

Callofduty is a FPS (First person shooter)

I quite like the tunes on this totally, and I fucking love Tempest 2000 to death, bought a Jaguar in '95 just for this game...

i thought tempest 2000 was best i've ever seen/played...incredible effects but still a video-game ( temp.-3000 )...today's games are to realistic and are all about blowing people's head's off...my 8-year old nephew is addicted to halo 4...i'm a little concerned, to say the least...
