The introduction of small amounts of chemicals is a very important concept when cyclotron resonance is considered. The HAARP transmitter uses cyclotron resonance in radiating its energy transmissions into the ionisphere. This causes a large increase in reactions in the ionisphere and in living organisms. Cyclotron resonance occurs when, as a result of complex electromagnetic interactions, a charged particle or ion begins to go into a circular, or orbital motion. The speed of the orbits is determined by the ratio between the charge and weight of the particle and the frequency determined, if an electric field is added that is in harmony with this frequency at right angles to the magnetic field, energy is transferred from the electric field to the charged particle.

Many activities in living cells involve charged particles.Cyclotron resonance allows for the transfer of energy to cause ions to move more rapidly. It is cyclotron resonance which allows very low strength electromagnetic fields, together with Earth's magnetic field to produce major biological effects. It happens because the total effect impacts very specific particles when tuned to the right frequency. To some degree, this explains why non-ionizing levels of radiation produce the effects which they do. The right weapon system could literally be tuned like a radio by an operator for the maximum negative effect. The principle could also be applied for healing purposes, and this area is being researched in some quarters.

Cyclotron resonance can be visualized as a particle being spun like a coiled spring and then screwed right through the cell wall into the cell. Here, reactions can lead to good, neutral or negative health effects. This effect is one of the major factors in electromedicine.

When combined with the Earth's normal magnetic fields, it is important to note , only ELF (1-100 Hertz) frequancies can cause controlled or accidental negative health effects. As far as is generally known, this is true until the strength of radiation escalates to the ionizing level.

After two solid weeks of abject freezing misery near Glasgow, Scotland - yesterday 9th December '10 we got well and truly HARRP 'd. (wonder if that's what brought the sudden thaw - and inevitable flooding?)

i'm assuming you are in the UK? right? well the BP oil spill and the corexit killer chemicals stopped cold the golf stream which keeps your parts quite warm in the winter. So sorry,  we have heard about your wierd weather and the deaths from the cold. Hopefully that gulf stream will start back up into the Atlantic and get you warm again. best wishes from Oregon and Merry Christmas.

We are in for one hellish cold winter here, and same for you folks in the mid/east US.

They cannot admit it is going to last because then they would be obliged to explain why!

And the reason?

The natural Atlantic Jet Stream has shifted south over Spain and is skirting most of EU.

Ditto Pacific Jet Stream, skirting US, and over Gulf.

Why?

So true LaPieinsky, I noticed the snow this year was far too dry to be natural, it seemed more chemical based to me, and I've got a thermomitor in my car, and not once did it go below -6 all through November or December, yet the media were telling us it was -10-20 below freezing, I was laughing my socks off cause they were blatently lying, you know, like all those flu adverts are an autosurgestive trick to make people give themselves flu symptoms, the media is playing the same trick!

@LaPieinsky, have you noticed the snow this year is very dry and wont roll and stick like ti was when we were children and used to roll it to make snowmen with? It's not melting like normal snow either, it's as if it's chemically produced snow, infact, it's identical to snow from a snow machine which is chemically produced, so maybe the Air force is trying to keep people from getting out to work and effecting the econemy with transport chaos by dumping chemicals in the sky.

@iwasthatdolphin QUAKES! this was right Dolph, 3.6 exactly... between your place and mine... freaky... remember Japan and the deep-ground shockwaves EXPERIMENTS... last year or so... which means it was a TEST to put in practice in OTHER places... now it's been more frequent in the UK or what?
