two golds and a silver yesterday.. Norway beat Germany and Switzerland yesterday.. and the USA before that..

With a country of only 4 million people, Norway has 101 Olympic Gold Medals since it started in 1924. 285 in total. That's more than any other country in the world. Norway is one of three nations (Austria and Liechtenstein) who has more medals from the Winter Olympics than from the Summer Olympics..

I wouldn't really say they are losers... but hey, that's just my opinion..

Are you trying to be an idiot or did you not know that my answer was a reply to someone? I meant Norway, Sweden and Switzerland are the top 3 countries now in life quality not medal count.

I obviously can see a table like yourself and know the US had the most medals, Canada the most golds, and what the order was. As for Norway I did mention population.

Please, before posting at least give me the benefit of the doubt that if I can type a reply, I can probably understand a medals table.

Not a huge fan of sports but after some of my Swedish friends were making fun of me because we were apparently doing bad in the Olympics i started watching it, now we're apparently 4# :)

Also, Canada (and others) thanks for the support and all, but no need to be so modest :p I'll be cheering for you as well, good luck ^v^
