Everybody loves the good old potatoes. Bombay as it was known (now Mumbai) Potatoes can be made so many different ways with different masalas and herbs. Here's a version with tomatoes, fresh corriander, using earthy light spices giving a lighter spicy natural flavour. Goes really well inside a rolled up Puda - yummy!

  • don't put too much tumeric. it should always be less thean all the other spices. in a dish, on average, i use half a teaspoon.

  • I made a Indian potatoe dish with tumeric that was supposed to be really good and it tasted like I was eating a cedar tree. Has anyone made this and liked it?
