I simply downloaded the tabs to the song, modified them a bit, converted the midi with GSXCC to a wave file and I was finished

This is the intro music of the game called Sailor's Tale, where you are Exiled from your Island by the Court of the Crimson King to a Starless and Bible Black night, because you let the 21st Century Schizoid Man to the Cirkus where the Chameleons dance, just to gain Easy Money. You must find the Lady of the Dancing Water, listen to the Song of the Gulls, save the Fallen Angel and keep the Moonchild from having One More Red Nightmare. When you do all these, the Night Watch will take you home.
