@polandbananas20 I'm reading this book Revolution and the main character goes to all the places you talk about. goes back and forth between present day and the 1700s.

The guys selling the keychains ran from the police when I was there too. It's because they don't have permits to sell in that area. Oh, and the day we were supposed to climb it, the Eiffel Tower operations staff went on strike. Fail.
