This is pretty much a useless test if you're not using a mic for recording.
-
yeah, how is this going to show you a test of the sound quality... lol

@renman000 exactly i mean have this ride and i use it as a crash cause as a ride it just doesnt cut it for me, i prefer brighter sounding ones, but due to my financial situation, ive ended up using all rides as crashes cause i couldnt afford any decent crashes, but im really happy with the sound im getting :)

@a1b1c2c2 thats weird. but some rides are just too heavy to really crash. like i had a 24" paiste formula 602 that was really really bad sounding if you hit it with the shaft of the stick. but i guess it doesnt really matter...it if sounds good, then why not do it?

@renman000 its actually pretty common nowadays for drummers to use rides as crashes
-
@bradleyblom why would you possibly use a 22" ride cymbal as a crash? that unheardof...20" rides are crash-able but not used just for crashing.
-
sounds pretty good as a crash!! i might get a 22"

Dude your set-up is weird. The tom stand is leaning and you have a Wuhan China as your bottom hi-hat cymbal. Not to mention no throne.
i dont like the sabian aax stage !! i want to sell it
