@steezfeet a murder flip is a double flip forward flip with 2 kickflips with the forward flip... a nightmare flip is a double varial kickflip

@universekeith You might be flicking down the middle of the board instead of out to the other side. Or your foot might not be angled enough. Just play around with your foot positioning and where you flick and you'll get the hang of it.
