im an animal and i find this funny but feel bad for the bird, for being stupid, dont you think if the seagull ate it the first two times and threw it up i thought the bird woulf have stopped, poor dumb seagull.

Seagulls are funny , when we are eating hot chips, we throw the chips infront of moving cars to test the birds reflexes durability . Quiet often they fail the testing process

@Omegasheep These birds have existed in present form for 100's of millions of years. Humans, and their refuse, are very new to these birds, so they have not evolved yet to mustard sandwiches. Seagull intelligence is known by humans simply due to their abilityto fly extremely accurately, and because they have evolved to have the ability to drink either salt or fresh water, and their feet are webbed with small claws.

@mariojragucci2 Isn't that evolution, rather than intelligence? If it learned from it's own body rejecting the food, it wouldn't try taking another bite of the same piece that it just spat out.
Spits out a piece @ 0:23 and then eats that same piece at 0:37. Funny bird.
