I was walking to get lunch today (5/20). As I was walking past the police office in Arlington VA on 14th street I noticed a man with a camera across his chest talking to Officer King APD. She seemed confrontational and also defensive talking to him. She was asking him why he was taking pictures both on the scene and at other locations. I sat at a nearby bench and watched them. Officer King (the blonde lady officer) asked me if I was with the man and I said no. I then asked the man being questioned if I could videotape the encounter for accountability. he responded that I didn't need to but it was a public area so I could if I so wished. i moved and took out my cellphone and started recording the encounter. The audio leaves some to be desired and the camera images do shake as this is a cellphone I used to record. He spoke about how he takes pictures in Clarendon and she spoke about how she's astounded about citizenry infatuation of recording the police. The gentleman (who's name i do not know, and am trying to locate) always spoke in a non threatening way and stood back from the officer not making one aggressive move. Detective Alan Lowrey of Homicides moved between my camera and the arrest as it was initiating. I was suprised that an arrest was taking place as the gentleman seemed to have done nothing wrong. They took off his shoes and laces and his belt. I was asked questions by the detective which I dismissed or refused to answer. How can I find the man on the tape?
The man thanked me while getting arrested for filming the encounter.

I was perhaps mistaken when I said that Officer "SugarTits" King apparently needs to be protected by the boys.

What I should have said is that apparently the male officers (particularly douchebag Det. Lowery) of the Arlington County PoPo have so little confidence in Officer SugarTits ability that they felt compelled to rescue her despite her being under no threat and no physical assault.

This video shows the boys don't think much of poor SugarTits ability to handle herself.

In the final shot, when the "detective" is shown walking into the station he really looks like a dumpy tub of shit.

Out of shape, ugly, dumb - not great qualities for a "detective."

I understand that the average IQ of a police officer in the U.S. is 104.

If the videos Jeff Costlow (novapj) and others have posted on YouTube are representative, it's clear that most members of the Arlington County Police Department are among those officers responsible for dragging that average DOWN.
